Core Syn today was good...I really do like this workout for a couple of reasons:
-It works your whole body
-It goes quick
-It's different
12 Prisons today...not bad...they're tough. 13-14 is the goal for Friday when we do this workout again. Couldn't help farting today...towel jumps, really? Sorry Mary.
