Had a couple of keg beers and tacos at a party last night...answered the plyo bell at 7:30 am though and got er done. The garage had to be fumigated for a good 30 minutes but fuck it dude...you're going to break some eggs when you're making an omlette of frog soup.
Travel today and tomorrow...plan on taking my rest day Monday then Back and Bis on Tuesday...can't wait for The Fryer!!!
