Farts = Me...not sure what's going on right now but The Studio has turned into The Fart Palace. TMI...I get it...but this is the nest of trust so it's ok.
Wake Up Calls - Always tough to get up and workout...always. The reality though is that it makes no sense to sleep in as the workout is hanging over you all day...Git R Done!
